Check the following:
The Front Cover Interlock Switch (DC330 [077-303]) for operation failure. (PL 19.1, PL 19.2)
The Front Cover Open Switch for operation failure. (PL 19.1, PL 19.2)
The Front Cover for damage or mismatch.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5)
