Check the following:
The Fusing Unit Drive Motor for operation failure. (PL 3.1, PL 3.2)
- High model: DC330 [010-001]
- Mid/Low model: DC330 [010-002]
The Fusing Unit Exit Chute for improper installation and deformation.
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the paper path.
Usage of out of spec paper.
[When Paper Lead Edge has not reached the Fusing Unit]
The Exit 2 Sensor (DC330 [077-100]) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit 2 Drive Motor (DC330 [077-060/061] (Output/Intake)) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit Gate for operation failure (including an operation failure of the Exit 1 Gate Solenoid (DC330 [077-003])). (PL 17.4)
The Exit Gate for deformation. (PL 17.4)
The Invert Roll and Pinch Roll for contamination, wear, and transportation failure due to deterioration.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5) |
