An undefined value has been set for NVM [715-008] (High/Mid/Low detection of Device configuration)
Write failure to the Shading Memory
Write failure to the GAP Memory
Averaging processing error of the ASIC

1. Check the value of NVM [715-008], and set an appropriate value. (1: Low, 2: Mid, 3: High)
2. If the problem persists, take corrective action for 062-386 (AOC Fail) FIP.
