Cause/Action
1. Enter DC122 Fail History and check whether 010-361 (IH Driver Input Low Voltage Fail) has occurred. If it has occurred, go to the relevant FIP.
2. Turn the power OFF and ON.
3. Check the voltage at the customer's power outlet. (Make sure that it is within -10% of rated voltage or higher)
4. Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the Drawer Connector (DP/DJ600, P/J600) between the Main Unit and the Fusing Unit for broken/bent pins, burn damage, foreign matter, etc.
5. Check the connection between the Motor Drive PWB J420 and the Drawer Connector J600 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
6. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
