无法将Controller Main 的Download File 写入Flash ROM 中
解决步骤：
1. 关闭后再打开电源。
( 如果Flash ROM 内容被损坏， 在打开电源后， 通过Emergency Boot Download 启动)
2. 若无法修复， 则更换ESS/MCU PWB。(S2010/S1810: PL 18.1) (S2420/S2220: PL 18.3)
